Sure Guard Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty

Sure Guard Pool Fence, Inc. warrants that all pool fences manufactured by Sure Guard are free from flaws in workmanship, materials and installation for as long as the fence is in use.

Items under Sure Guard Pool Safety Fence warranty:

1. Screws warranted against corrosion or rust
2. Poles warranted not to rust or break
3. Border warranted not to separate from mesh
4. Mesh warranted not to mildew or tear

Exceptions and Exclusions to Sure Guard Pool Fencing Warranty:

1. Acts of God or other weather conditions beyond control
2. Misuse and abuse including damage caused by lawn equipment, furniture, toys or pool equipment
3. Damage caused by a third party
4. Deck caps

Maintenance of Sure Guard Pool Fence:

1. Locks should be lubricated on a regular basis with WD-40
2. Use a gentle stream of water, soft brush and mild detergent to clean fence
3. Check often for any damage that may have occurred after intense weather or pool parties
4. Deck should be thoroughly rinsed within 12 hours of installation of pool fence
If there is a problem with your Sure Guard Pool Fence, please notify us as quickly as possible so we may come by and inspect the fence. Sure Guard will then determine if the damage was due to a manufacturer defect that is covered by our warranty.
