Q. How quickly can the safety fence be removed?
A. Most fences can be removed in less than 10 minutes then rolled up and put away.

Q. What maintenance is required?
A. Sure Guard’s mesh and poles are designed to require little or no maintenance. The pool owner can enjoy the patio and pool without having to spend time cleaning the product.

Q. Are there openings to get into the pool, or does the fence have to be taken down to use the pool?
A. Sure Guard provides two entryways to the pool areas. If the customer wishes, we can provide more access. The entryways are easy to use and cannot be accessed by children. Additionally, Sure Guard offers a patent pending, self-closing, self-latching, key-lockable walk-thru gate for added safety and convenience.

Q. What does the warranty cover?
A. All materials and installation.

Q. Will weather affect the fence?
A. The fence is designed to withstand water, humidity, and the sun.

Q. Should the fence be taken down when severe weather is on the way?
A. We recommend the fence be taken down and put in a secure area until the severe weather has passed. We define severe weather as winds exceeding 50 miles per hour.

Q. How long does it take to install?
A. 2-3 hours at the most.

Q. Who installs the pool safety fence?
A. Only a Sure Guard certified installer. Sure Guard does NOT use outside contractors.

Q. How long have you been in business?
A. The owners of Sure Guard have been in the pool safety business for over 16 years.
